Platypus Rugby was founded by Megan, a former women’s rugby player and current coach at the Ohio State University. After years spent in the scrum—and even more on the sidelines—she realized something was seriously lacking in the world of rugby apparel: comfort.

Most rugby gear was stiff, scratchy, and about as exciting as a muddy practice jersey. Megan wanted something better—something you’d actually want to wear after practice, too.

So she created Platypus Rugby, a streetwear brand inspired by the sport she loves and designed for maximum coziness. Think soft, lived-in fabrics, flattering cuts, and playful designs that give a wink to rugby culture without screaming it.
